HolyWarrior North America is proud to provide warranty services for our products.  We test all products before sales and perform all work in house.  Warranty items are the top priority on our service benches.

Every new item purchased from our site enjoys a 30 days manufacturer defect guarantee.  Should a manufacturer defect occur within this period, simply bring/send the product back and we will perform a free repair service for you right away.  If we cannot repair it, a brand-new identical replacement will be offered at no charge.

Certain unique product Model (mentioned via. product detail information) is entitled to ONE free product replacement if a factory defect has been verified by your regional distributor.  Original purchase receipt and all packaging material must be returned with the defective products.

Damages due to misuse or abuse are not covered.  We reserve the right to refuse warranty request if we determine the problem is not caused by defects.

Damage during shipping is not covered, we will be happy to point you to the right direction to start a claim with the courier company you used.
